At Essel Eyewear NY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-prescription eyewear in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear in its original case and packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your new frames will be shipped.
